Late fee Terms: A late fee of $35 will be applied to all past due invoices after 4 days of the due date. You have 4 days of grace period to settle all open invoices. If the invoice has not been paid for by the 10th day of the due date an additional $35 will be applied to the Invoice. There will be no exceptions or any courtesy refunds on late fees. Please remember to be prompt and on top of filing invoices.

To our Customers, 

     This notice is to inform you of the following changes in administrative procedures. We will no longer accept any type of net payments or pay later accounts. Due to the majority of the companies we work with, continue to fail with filing invoices for payments on time. We are not a big company,  therefore we are entitled to apply our own policies and terms to affect our business in the best way. Starting November 15th 2024, we will no longer allow any products, parts, or materials to leave our establishment without payment upfront for completed services. Please remember we accept various forms of payments: Debit Cards(0%fee), Credit Cards(3%fee), Cashiers Check(0%fee), and Company checks (0%fee). Debit and Credit card payments can be completed over the phone. 

     For us (Angelo Radiator Specialties, LLC) we love to work with all of our customers and find you the best deals and repairs. We aim to continue to provide the best service possible to all. Unfortunately, with numerous customers not complying to our terms, we’ve had to make a change to benefit us. We understand that companies want to wait to pay, but our Small Business Company can no longer afford to establish accounts at this time. This may change in the near or distant future. Until then we are seen obligated to proceed with these changes.

Yes, when you order any part valued over $700 or more. We require a 50% deposit to submit the order.

No, you do not need to bring your radiator cap. We are equipped with tools that allow us to complete tests. Please keep your radiator caps.

We take various forms of payments: Debit Card, Credit Card, Company Checks, Cash, and Cashier’s Checks.

We do not accept personal checks.
