Our Service Policies:

  1. Special orders: (custom) Orders that are custom made such as radiator Cores are subject to pay the full amount of the invoice total, in order to complete the request to build.

  2. Radiator Replacements: When conducting a radiator replacement on a vehicle while in our possession, we do not require an upfront payment unless the radiator’s values over $500. Radiator replacement with no vehicle on site, does require the 50% downpayment of the radiator cost before order is submitted.

  3. We do NOT accept Personal Checks! We Only accept company checks, Cashier’s Checks, Cash, Debit card, and Credit Card (3%FEE) Payments.

  4. We are not required to replace radiator caps, we strongly enforce all customers to keep the radiator caps. We do not require your caps to complete service. PLEASE keep your caps. Caps are small and can be misplaced, since we do not require them.

  5. Any Item Left over 30 days upon completion, will be kept and sold for parts to cover cost of labor and materials used.

  6. We do not offer Net pay, As of November 15, 2024.

  7. Any products completed must be paid for before you are able to take them from our establishment. Please be ready to settle your invoice total upon arrival.

  8. Rush Fee will be applied to invoices if the customer requests to complete service as soon as possible and agrees to the terms. The Rush fee consists of an additional 35% of the grand total of our services.

  9. LATE FEES: Terms: A late fee of $35 will be applied to all past due invoices after 4 days of the due date. You have 4 days of grace period to settle all open invoices. If the invoice has not been paid in full by the 10th day of the due date an additional $35 will be applied to the Invoice. There will be no exceptions or any courtesy refunds on late fees. Please remember to be prompt and on top of filing invoices. Late fees will be assessed and added to all invoice after grace period has ended. Late fees are not exempt to anyone. Late fees will not be waved under any circumstance. You are required to pay the late fee if added on the bill.

  10. We have the right to keep all parts, vehicles, materials, and Fuel Tanks until the invoice has been settled.

  11. Tax Exemption: The customer must provide a copy of the tax-exempt card or form in order for us to remove tax from invoice.
